Favourite HL song from Closed For the Winter and why?  Sweet Hand of Mercy. It always feels just right.

Most recent CD purchase?  Maximo Park’s new album. Fantastic!

Favourite food?  Ahh! What a question, the list is endless.

Most played CD or mp3 file?  Up the Bracket: The Libertines.

Least favourite food item?  There are not many… but if I was choosing the content of my last meal it wouldn't include runner beans.

What instrument do you wish you could play?  Any would be nice… I’ve often coveted Stu’s goats feet though...

Indoors or outdoors?:  Weather dependent.

Sweet or savoury?  Both, one after the other please!

Have you ever burnt your hair?  Funny you should ask…. Yes, fairly recently. I calmly put it out thinking nobody would notice. Yet they did. The week after I had a further mishap with a candle narrowly missing Phil’s beloved Takamine. Phew!

Do you eat leftovers?  Yeah why not? Micro- waved pizza is great when it goes all soggy!

Roughing it or luxury hotel?  A bed is a bed as far as I'm concerned.

Is your hair its original colour?  Well ... mostly.

Mayonnaise or salad cream? What a question…. Salad cream has its place (on salads) but mayonnaise is less acidic and can complement more dishes ... e.g. Jacket Potatoes, chips, sarnies.

Say your opinion or keep it to yourself?  Opinion, but with added diplomacy.

How long does it take you to get ready after you get out of bed?  Well, my record is ten minutes… (that included a shower!) But usually between 45 minutes and about 2 hours!

Complete this sentence, "I will never ... Win the school maths challenge."
